The Students Lottery FAQ page

What is the idea?

This is a win-win situation for everyone involved. Players can surf sites that change every lottery cycle 100% free and get the chance to win money! While advertisers can reach a targeted market (college students) at a low cost. Now, I can't guarantee that only college students will play but I will target all my marketing towards them.

Why college students?

First of all, I am a college student and I have large loans that I have already taken out and will need to keep taking out for the next few years. I know a lot of other college students that are in the same position. I wanted to set-up a website that can give college students the opportunity to win money every week and month.

My goal is to make this a popular site and run lotteries that give away larger jackpots.

Second, I can't guarantee that all the players will be college students but I will target them in my marketing.

How do I play?

All you have to do is sign up and start checking out links. For each lottery, you have a certain amount of clicks per day that will be recorded for the drawing at the end of the cycle. For example, a lottery gives you 10 clicks per day, the first 10 clicks you make on that pixel grid will be recorded. After that you can still check out the other links.

At the end of a lottery cycle, one pixel field will be picked at random and of all the players that clicked on that link during that cycle one is randomly picked to be the winner.

The winner will be announced they will be sent a payment through PayPal.com. A new lottery cycle begins within the hour and clicks will be accepted that day.

Is StudentsLottery.com legal?

StudentsLottery.com is 100% legal, because you don't pay to play. Plus, in the Terms and Conditions all players agree on when they register, it states that in case they win StudentsLottery.com has the right to use their name, city,  state and country to be placed on www.studentslottery.com free of liability.

How will I know if I won?

You will be sent an email the day of the drawing from webmaster@studentslottery.com and a PayPal.com payment. As agreed in the Terms and Conditions, your name, city, state and country will be placed on StudentsLottery.com as a winner.

We strongly encourage winners to send a testimonial with a picture or video displaying you and the PayPal.com transaction page from StudentsLottery.com to help legitimize and promote StudentsLottery.com. Help us keep running lotteries for you.

Where does the StudentsLottery.com Jackpots come from?

The StudentsLottery.com Jackpots are generated from advertising revenue so there is no cost for you to play.

Why is so important that I tell my friends?

It isn't required that you tell your friends but its strongly encouraged.

The fact of the matter is:
- The amount people that come to the site and play everyday is recorded and used to advertise our pixel blocks.
- So, the more people who visit and play help us sell more pixels.
- The more pixels we sell continuously, the larger the Jackpot will be at the end of each lottery.
- If we don't sell enough pixels, StudentsLottery.com might be shut down so please promote us.

Will the Jackpot get bigger for the next cycle if no one wins the lottery?

No matter how many people play in the lottery, there will always be a winner. The game picks a random pixel field (ad block) on the lottery grid and then picks one einner out of all the clicks players have made on that pixel block. Since everyone wants the best chance possible to win, I doubt that a pixel field will be unclicked.

If for some freak chance that the game picks a field that, strangely, did not get clicked during the entire time of the lottery, we will have the game draw a new pixel field randomly until a winner is chosen.

How long will ads be up on a grid? (advertisers)

When you pay for a pixel field it is just for that lottery cycle depending on the lottery (week, month, ect.). If you want to buy more time for those same pixels, you have the option to order them at the end of the "Buy Pixels" process and you will be sent a PayPal.com invoice to pay for them.

I haven't received a message to confirm my email address and the site won't let me sign in, what do I do?

What probably happened is that the email went to your junk/spam folder on your email account. Check those folders and you should find it. Please put the email webmaster@studentslottery.com on your safe/white list so our emails won't go to the junk/spam folder.

If you have looked in the junk/spam folder and still can't find the email then please contact us through the feedback form and we will figure out what the problem is. You probably typed in your email wrong so please give us your correct email too.
