Lottery Players
• Must be 18 or older to play.
• You are allowed a certain number of recorded clicks per day for each lottery (eg. You get 10 clicks per day so the first 10 clicks you make in a day are recorded for the lottery)
• Although you use all your recorded clicks, you may still browse the other links on the rest of the site.
• A pixel field that is large counts for one click so, the odds get better when advertisers buy large blocks.
• At the end of a cycle, a winning pixelfield is chosen and out of all of the players who clicked on the pixel field, one is randomly chosen as the winner.
• This is a 100% free lottery for the players, the only people who buy pixels are advertisers who what to appeal to the players. Please be respectful and browse the links instead of simply clicking them for the money.
• As a player (potential winner) you give StudentsLottery.com the right to place your name, city, state and country on www.studentslottery.com free of liability in the case that you win a lottery.
• Winners are encouraged to send a testimonial with a picture or video displaying the winner and the PayPal.com transaction page from StudentsLottery.com.
Advertisers (pixel buyers)
• The minimum purchase is 1 block (10 x 10 = 100 pixels) and the maximum purchase is whatever is left
• When you 'buy' my pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for
• You can change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the link is not dead
• No refunds. If your image and link are accepted and placed in the website, you cannot get a refund and your ad will be up for the period paid for. You can always change the image/link whenever you want (Recommended between lotto cycles). But no refunds under any circumstances (eg. Your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.)
• This site will be having continuous lotteries in place so you are guaranteed to get clicks. It is recommended that you make your link eye-catching so the player will stick around.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
• Images must NOT be animated (imagine how messy the homepage would look)
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep these to a minimum
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank account), I will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs (but please have patience if things kick off and loads of people order at the same time)
• Lottery grids are resent after ever drawing so if you have paid for more than one cycle placement, your pixels will be placed within 24 hours of the new cycle. Exact placement on grid will vary.
